Everything turns green when there is Shadow Map and Bloom enabled and camera is looking from a specific angle
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "Scene1_Outside" scene
3. Observe Play Mode View
Expected result: No color changes
Actual result: Everything has a green tint
Reproducible with - 2019.1.4f1,
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.27f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a4
Notes:
Move around the Camera in the Scene View and see how the green tint disappears.
