Events are triggered twice when playing animation via Playables
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached, scene demo1
2. Enter Play mode - observe the console printing out single event
3. Press play GUI button - observe the console printing out same event twice
Expected: animation events played via Playables are triggered once
Actual: animation events played via Playables are triggered twice
Reproduced in: 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.0p4, 2018.1.0b5
