Errors thrown when a particle System Limit Velocity over Lifetime Dampen property is set to 1 and Rate Over Distance is not 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case_1321031-ParticleErrors)
2. Open SampleScene
3. Click Play
4. Select the Particle System in the Scene Hierarchy
5. Move the Particle System
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: Invalid AABB and Assertion failed errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.2.4f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0a5, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0a4
