Errors OnGUIDepth changed & GUIUtility:ProcessEvent when opening Textures with Third Party App
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project
# Select any Texture in the Project Browser
# Click the "Open" button at the top right corner of the Inspector rapidly multiple times
*Actual results:* Errors "UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)" & "OnGUIDepth changed: was x is x. Event type was 1" are logged and Assets are opened
*Expected results:* No errors are logged and Assets are opened
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
