Errors "glClientWaitSync: Expected application to have kicked everything until job: 96089 (possibly by calling glFlush)" are thrown in the Android Player on some devices with PowerVR Rogue GE8320 GPU

How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_62597" project
2. In the Build Settings "Run Device" dropdown, select the desired device
3. Press Build And Run
4. Open Window -> Analysis -> Android Logcat
5. Choose the connected device in the Logcat window “Select android device” dropdown
6. In the search type "glClientWaitSync"

Expected result: No errors related to "glClientWaitSync" are thrown
Actual result: Errors "glClientWaitSync: Expected application to have kicked everything until job: 96089 (possibly by calling glFlush)” are being thrown

Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1

Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
