Errors are thrown repeatedly when displaying a Material in EditorWindow and resizing the window
Repro steps:
1. Open "1182069_EditorWindow_material" project
2. In the top menu, press Test > Test Window
3. In the Project window, select "New Material"
4. Resize the window
Expected result: Window is resized and no errors are thrown
Actual result: Errors are thrown repeatedly
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.21f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.1.9f2
Errors:
A PreviewRenderUtility was not clean up properly before assembly reloading which lead to leaking this scene in the Editor. This can be caused by not calling Cleanup() during the OnDisable of an Editor or an EditorWindow.
InvalidOperationException: Preview scene could not be created

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
This issue is nothing to do with the Unity Code base. User has to just destroy the Editor object, every time when it is created in the OnGUI().
