This also fixed my errors with /<myappfolder>/Library/PackageCache/*.* when I upgraded to Unity 2019.3

We have the same issue upgrading from 2018.2 to 2019.2, but the error does not go away when resetting packages. The report above has been marked as a duplicate. A duplicate of *what*?!

Be careful using "Help -> Reset packages to defaults",. It just removes all packages you imported yourself!!!

Thanks @GOODGOODMAN your comment fixed my project. For anyone searching for his comment he says: "Click Help -> Reset packages to defaults."

We often had questions that skated problems with learning projects. We could only solve them with https://ukessay.com/nursing-assignment-help nursing assignment help. We have a difficult specialty for learning about this and work has also been difficult. We had to use all the resources.

GOODGOODMAN Thanks! Worked for me. "Reset packages to defaults" will remove any installed packages. Simply go to package manager and re-install the ones you need (without making any changes to your scene) and all should be working again.
