[Text Mesh Pro] Environment Map Rotation parameters are not changing anything in the Game and Scene windows when their values are changed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TextMeshProBugs.zip”
2. Select “Bump Rotation” GameObject and go to the Environment Map section in the Inspector (MTLc3mPad20Per Local Lighting EnviromentMap Texture RotAnimation > Lighting > Environment Map)
3. Move rotation parameters around and observe the Game and Scene windows
Expected result: Lighting moves around
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 3.0.6 (2022.3.30f1), 3.2.0-pre.9 (2021.3.38f1), 4.0.0-pre.2 (2022.3.30f1)
Could not test with: 6000.0.4f1 (Text GameObject isn’t rendered)
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (Intel)
