Environment lighting does not get applied to LOD group's child objects when Lighting is generated with Final Gather enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. In Hierarchy window, select Sphere object (parent)
3. In Inspector window, try changing LOD levels while observing results in Scene window
Expected: LOD group objects have Environmental Lighting applied
Actual: LOD group objects do not have Environmental Lighting applied

Resolution Note:
Enlighten baking is in maintenance mode. We are focusing our efforts on Progressive Lightmapper for CPU/GPU instead. We suggest that this be used for baking instead of Enlighten.
