To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. In Hierarchy window, select Sphere object (parent)
3. In Inspector window, try changing LOD levels while observing results in Scene window
Expected: LOD group objects have Environmental Lighting applied
Actual: LOD group objects do not have Environmental Lighting applied
Reproduced in: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.7f1, 2018.2.0b11, 2018.3.0a3

Resolution Note:
Enlighten baking is in maintenance mode. We are focusing our efforts on Progressive Lightmapper for CPU/GPU instead. We suggest that this be used for baking instead of Enlighten.
