EntryPointNotFoundException is thrown if iOSSupport does not exists when Build and Run is used on tvOS
1. Make sure that PlaybackEngines does not contain iOSSupport
2. Create new project
3. Build and Run to tvOS
4. EntryPointNotFoundException: LaunchXCode will be thrown and building will stop
