EntityManager.Exist returns true even if the entity does not exist
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Run test Test.dll
Expected: both tests succeed
Actual: second test fails
The test destroys the world and disposes of all entities, but still reports them as existing
Reproduced on 2018.2.0b4, 2018.2.0b9
Fixed in ECS package 0.0.12 preview 8
