Entities ContentManagement GUIDs are unstable and become different each time a Player is built to a different directory
Steps to reproduce (estimated):
1. Open the linked project
2. Press 'BUG REPORT → Build Content', then create a new unique directory for the output
3. Once built, press 'Preferences -> Entities -> Clear Entity Cache'
4. Repeat step 2
5. Use WinMerge to compare the two outputted builds
Alternatively (estimated):
1. Open the linked project
2. Press ‘File -> Build Profiles'
3. Remove scene “Scenes/Test1” from the scene list, and add “Scenes/Test2”
4. Press 'BUG REPORT → Build Content', then create a new unique directory for the output
5. Once built, in the Editor, open the “SubScene 1” Scene
6. Move one of the cubes in the Scene view
7. Save the changes
8. Repeat step 4
9. Use WinMerge to compare the two outputted builds
Actual result: Significant GUID changes on the content archives. In particular, the large texture asset would need re-downloaded
Expected result: No significant GUID changes on the content archives

Reproduced on: Windows 11 (10.0.26200) X64 (By the reporter)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
