[Entities] ArgumentException when using Managed components with InputSystem
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open Sample scene
3. Observe the console window
Expected behavior: No errors appear
Actual behavior: "ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: UnityEngine.InputSystem.InputControl[]" error appears
Reproducible with: 2022.2.11f1 (1.0.0-pre.44), 2023.1.0b8 (1.0.0-pre.47), 2023.2.0a6 (1.0.0-pre.47)
