Regression
Yes
Enter and exit play mode takes 2 minutes each
Entering playmode has regressed from 6 seconds to 1minute 58seconds between 2021.2.13f1 and 2022.1.0b10
This can be checked by:
1. Open the attached project in Editor using 2022.1.0b10/b11 or latest 2022.2.0a7
2. Once Editor has launched, open the "Slow Play Mode Enter and Exit" scene
3. Enter PlayMode
Actual results: both entering PlayMode and exiting it takes around 2 min, Editor shows progress bar saying "EnteringPlayMode"
In 2021.2.13f1 entering PlayMode takes 6 seconds, exiting is 1 sec.
Not reproduces: 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b2, 2022.1.0b5
Reproduces on: 2022.1.0b9, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7
so this has significantly regressed between 2022.1.0b5 and 2022.1.0b9

I am experiencing this recently after upgrading from 2021.3.11 > 2021.3.12.
Now entering and exiting play mode can take up to 30+ secs.
