[Enlighten] Realtime GI does not update
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached repro project (BounceLightCorridor.zip)
2. Open BounceLightCorridor scene
3. Navigate to the Lighting window and click on Generate Lighting
4. Select the Spotlight Game Object
5. Begin changing its light properties and/or transforms
6. Notice that GI does not react to light changes
Notes:
- Affects all render pipelines where Enlighten Realtime GI is enabled
- Affects all operating systems and platforms which support Enlighten Realtime GI
