Enabling Batch Render Group API has negative impact on performance in XR Single Pass Rendering
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Open Stats in the Game view and observe FPS
4. Disable "Toggle BRP (F)" by pressing the "F" key
Expected result: FPS is similar after enabling BRP
Actual result: FPS is two times lower
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a10
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.0f1 (due to a lot of missing reference errors)
