Enabled Interaction Profiles are not saved when reopening the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Showcase-VR.zip"
2. Open Edit>Project Settings...>XR Plug-in Management>OpenXR
3. Add an Interaction Profile to Enabled Interaction Profiles
4. Close the Editor
5. Repeat steps 1-2
Expected results: There is an Interaction Profile in the Enabled Interaction Profiles
Actual results: There are no Interaction Profiles in the Enabled Interaction Profiles
Reproducible with: 1.14.0 (2022.3.50f1, 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b3, 6000.2.0a1)
Not reproducible with: 1.13.2 (2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
