Emitted GameObjects throw "NullReferenceException" errors and "Script has not finished compilation yet" log after recompilation
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "Clean 2022.2.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy window select "GameObject" GameObject
3. In the Project window select the "NewBehaviourScript" script and reimport it
4. In the Hierarchy window select "GameObject" GameObject and observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors or logs
Actual result: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" errors and "Script has not finished compilation yet. Please wait until compilation of the script has finished and try again" logs appear
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a2
Reproduced on: macOS 11.6 (Intel)
