Emissive Mesh emissiveness does not change when the Area Light intensity is animated through script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “HDRP.zip“ project
2. Open the “Main“ Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The rectangular shape to the right of the ball is as emissive as the light reflected on the floor
Actual result: The rectangular shape to the right of the ball is always at constant emissiveness
Reproducible in: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: Reproducible in Player as well
