Emissive effects are missing in lightmaps when using custom shaders
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Bake lightmap
3. Observe that when the lightmap is rendered, the emissive effects does not appear
Expected results: Emissive effects should affect lightmap.
Reproducible: 5.5.0b3, 5.4.1f1, 5.3.6p4, 5.2.5f1
