Emails are not received about new created Incident when submitting the Bug via Bug Reporter to Jira
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Navigate to Help > Report a Bug...
3. In the Unity Bug Reporter fill the mandatory fields
4. Click the "Send" button
5. Close the Confirmation popup
6. Log into your provided email
Expected result: Email about the submitted case should be received
Actual result: Email about the submitted case is not received
