Elements with custom Property Drawers doesn't expand when lists of custom classes is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy find and open "ExampleElement" Game Object
4. In the Inspector find "Used Example (Script)" Component
5. Click to expand "Element A" and then "Element 0"
Expected result: Property Drawer is expanded
Actual result: Property Drawer doesn't expand
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: In 2019.4.39f1 Property Drawer has a different UI than in later streams
