Elements selection using Arrow keys doesn’t work in the Shader Graph “Create Node” menu when pressing Enter key
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP/HDRP project
2. Create a Shader Graph
3. Open Shader Graph and press Spacebar
4. Press the up and down arrow keys
5. Press the Enter button
6. Press the up and down arrow keys
7. Observe the result
Expected result: Selection moves with Arrow keys
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Reproduced on: macOS 14.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: not reproducible if, before the 4th step, selecting any element in the context menu with a cursor

Resolution Note:
We're working on a UI/UX overhaul; we'll make note of this issue and be sure that it doesn't persist in future iterations. The node dropdown search window works best using the space bar to navigate.
