Elements in UI Builder flicker when changing Filter property values in UI Builder

How to reproduce:

  1. Open the “UIFX-private-1.9.1-UITK-filters-test2.zip“ project
  2. Open the “TestFilters“ Scene
  3. Select the “UIDocument“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
  4. Double-click the Source Asset in the UI Document Component in the Inspector to open it in UI Builder
  5. Select any Label element in the UI Builder’s Hierarchy
  6. Expand the Filter section in the UI Builder’s Inspector
  7. Edit any float value in the Filters section
  8. Observe the UI Builder’s Viewport

Expected result: The value changes without the labels flickering and disappearing
Actual result: The value changes, but the labels start flickering, some labels disappear, and reappear

Reproducible in: 6000.3.0b1 (fcdf07aae9b4), 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4
Not reproducible in: 6000.3.0a6
Could not test in: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.11f1 (The UI Filters have not been introduced yet)

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
