Elements in Scroll View are not rendered on mobile devices if adding them through a script
How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “MUSICSTAR.zip” project on a mobile device
2. Observe the app
Expected result: Elements in the Scroll View are rendered
Actual result: Elements in the Scroll Siew are not rendered
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a23
