Element is covered by the dragline when using “TwoPaneSplitView” and adding a dragline in the UI Toolkit
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “TwoPaneSplitViewHandleSize.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the Game window
Expected result: The second “0123456789” text is after the dragline
Actual result: Part of the second “0123456789” text is covered by the dragline
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a10
Reproduced on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
