Custom window is not resizable when docked
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "docked test" project
2. Open Window -> Chrono Helper
3. Dock Chrono Helper Window to the bottom of any other Window(e.g. Hierarchy)
4. Try to resize Chrono Helper Window vertically and horizontally
5. Dock Chrono Helper Window to the side of any other Window(e.g. Hierarchy)
6. Repeat step 4
Expected result: You can resize the custom docked window
Actual result: Window is not resizable or you can only resize it Horizontally or Vertically
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.16f1, 2022.1.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.0a9, 2022.1.0a13, 2022.1.0b12, 2022.2.0a8
