Editors game view is not updated when using specific layout
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project and open "testTimeline" scene
2. Enter the play mode
3. Notice that Game window isn't updating
Expected results: Game window is updated every frame
Actual results: Game window isn't updated
Workaround: reset Editor's layout to default layout
Reproduced with: 2018.2.1.0a1, 2018.1.0b3, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.1.2p4, 5.6.4p4, 5.5.0a6
