Editors crashes when opening the project and throws "TypeLoadException: Could not load type!" before the crash
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (UnityBug.zip)
2. Observe the crash
Actual results: Editor crashes
Expected results: Editor should open the project
Note:
Unable to reproduce with 2018.1.0b1/2017.1.2p4 due the errors
Reproduced with: 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f3

This issue seems to be fixed in 2017.4.6f1.
