[EditorLog] Open Editor log is impossible when using WordPad as it is already in use by Unity editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the .log files to be opened by WordPad on Windows machine
2. Open Unity
3. Try opening editor.log file by clicking on the Console->Open Editor Log
4. The editor log will not be opened because the file is already being used by Unity editor
