EditorGUILayout.PrefixLabel is invisible if next element is GUILayout.Label
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download "UndoAnchorPositionBug.zip" and open "scene" scene
2. Select "EventSystem" in Hierarchy
3. Notice that attached script doesn't show first PrefixLabel
Expected results: PrefixLabel is visible
Actual results: PrefixLabel isn't visible
Note: EditorGUILayout.PrefixLabel() is visible next to GUILayout.Label when it is in the last line
Reproduced with: 2017.1.b3, 5.6.0p4, 5.5.3p3, 5.4.5p1
