EditorApplication.isPlayingOrWillChangePlaymode returns wrong value if the playmode is entered while scripts are still compiling
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the 'IsPlayingBug.cs' script and change something (add a few lines for example)
3. Save the script and quickly focus Unity Editor
4. While the Unity is still compiling scripts, click 'Play'
5. Look in the console, notice that 'isPlayingOrWillChangePlaymode' returns False
Workaround: Just wait for scripts to finish compiling and then click 'Play'. This way the results are correct.
