Editor window's title bar is hidden behind alternative task bar position.
Editor window in launched behind alternative task bar position.
Repro Steps:
1) In windows, move the position of the windows task bar to the top of the screen
2) Launch unity
3) Revert Layouts to factory settings
Result:
Unity is placed behind the taskbar, so the user cannot access the title bar.
Expected:
Unity should launch recognizing where the task bar is located
Workaround:
Maximize the editor window and position
Note:
This seems to be a general issues on Windows. I.e. The same goes for other applications than Unity.

This is a very anoying issue with Unity. Besides, it's worse when it happends with a floating window, because in this case i cannot maximize the window (i didnt found any way to access the system menu) and I should unlock the taskbar position, move it for access the floating window.)
Please, fix it.
