Editor Windows become invisible when rearranging Editor layout
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Set Editor layout to Default
3. Rearrange Editor layout (as shown in the attached video “Broken-Editor-Layout“)
Expected result: All Editor windows are visible
Actual result: Some Editor windows become invisible and can only be seen when moused over
Reproduced with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.2f1, 2023.2.0a21
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproduced on: macOS 13.4 (Intel)
Notes: Bug fixed by setting Editor layout to Default
