Unity's window returns to previously maximized display when trying to maximize it in the current display
How to reproduce:
1. Open the Unity Editor
2. Maximize the window by double-clicking the Title Bar
3. Drag the window to another display
4. Try to maximize the window again
Expected result: Window maximizes in the different display
Actual result: Window returns to the previously maximized display and resizes to a size when it was first opened
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.1.0a22
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a23, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
