Editor window resizes on relaunch if expanded through multiple screens
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity project
2. Expand the editor window's size that it would be visible on multiple monitors
3. Close Unity
4. Open the same Unity project
5. Notice editor window resized to the size that fits only one monitor
Expected behavior:
After resizing editor window of the project and relaunching the same project, expected the editor window to stay resized.
Actual behavior:
Editor window resizes back to default size.
Workaround:
Resize the editor window on launch manually.
