Array list disappears when project setting window is moved or resized
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Project Settings > Graphics
3. Move the Project Settings window to the bottom half of the screen
4. Resize the window by dragging from the top
Expected result: List never disappears
Actual result: Full list disappears
Reproduced in: 2021.1.18f1, 2021.1.26f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a13
Not reproduced in: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.17f1
