Editor UI is pink when a project has builtin_shaders-2021.3.11f1
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Observe the Editor
Expected result: The Editor UI is rendered with no shader errors or pink Editor windows
Actual result: The Editor UI is pink
Reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 6000.0.1f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2), macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Workaround: Deleting the “Assets/builtin_shaders-2021.3.11f1“ folder and restarting the Editor
Note: The issue is even more visible when opening the Package Manager window
