[Editor][UI] Grid Plane axis orientation change is not producing any effect
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Test_2021.2.zip" project
2. In Scene View open Grid Visual Window -> Select any Grid Plane axis orientation (x, y, or z)
Expected result: The grid plane change its orientation
Actual result: The grid plane does not change its orientation
Reproducible in: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a2
Could not reproduce in: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0a16 (because Grid Visual Window did not yet exist in these versions)
