Editor throws OpenCL Error when no GPU is present for a given OpenCL driver platform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Make sure that the GPU drivers installed on your machine do not match the current GPU setup
3. Alternatively, remove the GPU from your machine
4. Start the editor and observe the error
