Editor Tabs are highlighted when hovered over and they are behind Lock or Multiple Tab Navigational buttons
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project
- Open multiple Tabs in a Single docking instance
- Decrese the Tab size so that the Multiple Tabs Navigational buttons appear
- Hover the cursor over the Navigational button or the Tab Lock button
Actual results: The tabs that are behind the Navigational buttons or the Lock button ar highlighted as if they can be opened by clicking in that spot, but the Navigational buttons or the Tab Lock button is in front and their functionality is called instead.
Expected results: Tabs are highlighted only when the user hovers over them and they can be focused by clicking on them. Tabs are not highlighted when the cursor is actually over an another button and not the Tab itself.
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.34f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.7f1
Tested on (OS): macOS Sonoma, Windows 11
