Editor stops working/crashes in RtlpUnWaitCriticalSection when building Player with Asset Bundles
1. Open the users attached "BuildCrash" project
2. Go to File --> Build Settings
3. Press Build and Run with the Standalone platform selected
Expected result: Player gets built
Actual result: Editor stops working/crashes when building asset bundles
Reproducible with - 2017.2.0b1, 2017.1.0f1, 5.6.2p1, 5.5.4f1
