Space is appearing between docked windows at 150% scale
Steps to Repro:
1. Set Windows OS scale to 150%
2. Create a new Project
3. Observe the space between 2 windows (Refer attached screenshot)
Actual Result:
Space appears between two windows
Expected Result:
Space should not appear between two windows
Environment:
Windows Only
Occurring with:
2019.1.0a13, 2018.3.0f2, 2018.2.7f1
