Unsaved changes dialog mentions same window multiple times if window with changes has been docked and undocked more than once
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open window using Test > SaveChangesWindow
3. Click 'Set Unsaved' button in SaveChangesWindow
4. Dock it to the main editor window
5. Undock it from the main editor window
6. Try to close the editor
Actual result: Unsaved changes pop up mentions same window more than once
Expected result: Window is mentioned only once
Reproduced with: Version: 2021.2.0a8.1176.editor/tech/1307677/Fix-for-windows-havingUnsavedChanges-set-to-true-not-saved-when-closing-editor.3
