Editor Scripts from External Package are included when attempting to build for Standalone
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Try to build and run
Expected result: build finishes without issue.
Actual result: External package's scripts from Editor folder are included, leading to a build failure
Reproduced on 2018.2.0b13, 2018.2.1f1
Unable to test on 2018.3 due to a different issue
