[Editor] Scene window is clipped when on high resolution
The scene window becomes clipped and artefacts when placed onto a monitor above 2k resolution.
Steps to repro (Requires 2+ monitors and 2k+ Resolution)
1. Open attached project.
2. Detach scene window and place on high-res monitor.
3. Hit the maximize/full screen button on the scene window
4. Rotate scene camera and notice clipped window on the left (see gif below).
Work around only possible if you lower resolution
