[Editor] Replace command in VI mode does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project in Unity
2. Create or open any script in MonoDevelop
3. Turn on VI Mode (Tools -> Options... -> Text Editor -> Behavior, select "Use Vi modes")
4. Select any letter in editor by pressing on it with a mouse (or using arrow keys)
5. Press "R" and try to write capital letter
6. Notice that lowercase letter appears regardless
