[Editor] Preset cant be added to a game object by dragging it from project to inspector
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project.
2. Hierarchy > 3D > Cube.
3. Create a preset of box collider of the cube.
4. Select the cube in the hierarchy.
5. Drag the box collider preset below the add component section in the inspector.
Expected Result: The preset should be added to the cube.
Observed Result: The preset is not added.
Reproducible In: 2019.1.0a11, 2019.1.0a10
Not Reproducible In: 2019.1.0a9, 2018.3.0b12
