Editor performance is low in Play mode when using Vertical Layout Group in Scroll Views Content
Using Vertical Layout Group on Scroll Views Content drops the performance drops significantly.
To reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "ScrollbarAndLayoutLag.zip"
2. Open "Main.unity" scene
3. Enter play mode
Expected result: performance is high since the scene is nearly empty
Actual result: performance is low
Reproduced on:2017.2.0b1(13 fps) 2017.2.0f1(13 fps), 2017.2.0f3 (13 fps), 2017.3.0b8 (530 fps), 2018.1.0a3 (900 fps)
Not reproduced on: 2017.1.2f1 (2300 fps), 2017.1.2p2 (2300 fps)
Notes: the performance of built project is as expected, no performance drops.

Any update on this one? It's forcing me to stay on 5.6.2, which is the only version of Unity where I am not having this problem
