[Editor][New Scene]Creation of new scene in 2D template shows a 3D scene instead
Repro Steps:
1. Create a new project and create a new scene "cmd+n"
2. Note that the New scene image is a 3D scene even though project is in 2D mode/template
Note: When chosing the Basic option, the camera "Clear Flags" option created is "Skybox" instead of "Solid Color".
